Cancellation/Refund Policy:

A 72-hour notice is required for any changes or cancellations. Cancellations within 72 hours of departure time are non-refundable.  All cancellations must be made with a GC Flight agent by phone.  No-shows at time of departure will not receive a refund. Any refunds in the event service(s) described in the applicable GC Flight tour itinerary cannot be provided due to causes beyond the control of GC Flight, we will exercise all efforts to provide comparable service(s).  If your tour itinerary package is canceled and comparable service(s) cannot be provided, GC Flight or the applicable carrier will refund all monies paid.  Please allow up to five (5) business days for refund processing.  Refunds will not be given for any unused portion of a tour. Some tours require a minimum number to operate.  For safety purposes, tour operators may vary tour routes or flight times due to weather conditions.  Tour operators reserve the right to upgrade passengers onto another tour.

• Wedding Cancellation Policy:  A full 7-day cancellation notice is in effect and is required for a full refund, 3 days for a 50% refund and no refunds inside of 3 days.
• Group Cancellation Policy:  31+ days prior to travel date – Fully refundable provided Group Department receives the cancellation in writing.  No portion is refundable if the group cancels within 30 days.  No shows at departure time are non-refundable.
